Together with our Estonian partner, our goal is to plant 1 hectare of forest with 2,500 trees on an Estonian ground to convert farmland back to nature.
The trees might need to grow making a real impact, but we promise you a lease period of at least 100 years converting land back to nature.
For each tree, we will provide you full transparency and status updates demonstrating your impact. You can measure the impact and participate in a great initiative as an individual.
Since we believe that tree planting is not available on demand but rather should be made in a process, we decided to partner with an organization fulfilling the planting within a period of 6 months after purchase. Next to full transparency with satellite images and coordinates, blockchain technology is used with every transaction made through our platform to prove that we only sold each hectare once.
With your funds, these steps will be fulfilled:
Purchase of farmland and preparation to protect the area for the upcoming 100 years
Planning and preparing the planting by preparing the soil including the setup of seeds.
Planting will be documented as well as shared with each purchaser. Also, a dashboard will be accessible online.
Possibility as an individual to add additional trees to the soil in case of unexpected turbulences.
Throughout the lifetime, a hectare of Estonian forest sequesters 13.3 tons of CO₂ on average summing up to 1,330 tons of CO₂ throughout the forest’s lifetime.
